You get a full refund if we cannot deliver your report, or if you were charged twice. Email info@fraudcheck.ai within 30 days with your report ID or Razorpay payment ID; approved refunds go back to the account you paid from, usually within 5 to 7 business days. A delivered report is not refunded because of what it found, and “no court case found” is a complete result. Read the full refund policy.
Payment is through Razorpay's secure checkout, by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or wallet. Razorpay handles your card and bank details; we never see or store them.
