2. How to raise a complaint
- Email info@fraudcheck.ai with the subject line “Grievance”.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days. If we need more information, we ask for it in the acknowledgement.
3. If a report is about you
Our reports are built from public records. If you are the person a report was run on, you can ask us, free of charge, to:
- correct a record we linked to you by mistake (for example a court case of someone else with the same name);
- remove your details from reports we hold, where the law does not require us to keep them;
- know what personal data about you we hold.
Email info@fraudcheck.ai with your name, city and what you want corrected or removed. We may ask for proof of identity so that nobody else can make the request for you. We do not tell the person who ran the report that you contacted us.
4. If you are still not satisfied
For a complaint about your personal data that we have not resolved, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For other disputes, see the dispute section of our Terms & Conditions.
