1. How reports are delivered
All our services are digital. After you pay, the report page opens in your browser and fills in section by section. The finished report is saved to My Reports in your account, so you can open it again any time by signing in with the same mobile number or Google account. We do not send physical documents, and there are no shipping charges.
2. How long each check takes
- Person Insight (court records, internet mentions, social profiles): usually about 5 minutes. If a court records server is slow, we retry automatically for up to 30 minutes, and the page shows which part is still running.
- Driving licence check: usually under a minute.
- Vehicle (RC) check: usually 1 to 2 minutes, and up to 15 minutes when the government source is busy.
You can close the page while a check runs: it keeps running, and the result appears in My Reports.
3. If a report is late or incomplete
Email info@fraudcheck.ai with the report ID. If any part of the report cannot be completed within 24 hours of payment, we either complete it or refund you in full, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Failed driving licence and vehicle checks are refunded automatically.
4. Where the information comes from
Reports are compiled from public sources at the moment you run them: court records published through the eCourts system, public web pages and news, public social media profiles, and the government transport databases (for licence and vehicle checks). How complete a report is depends on what those sources publish. See our Disclaimer.
